Article
The research purpose is to theoretically substantiate the effectiveness of the physical training methodology in computer sports.
Methods and organization of the research. The following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, testing of psychophysical indicators and indicators of physical fitness, methods of mathematical statistics. During the implementation of the methodology, cyber athletes were tested three times.
Results of the research and their discussion. As a result of the formative pedagogical experiment, statistically significant changes were revealed in the experimental and control groups in game and psychophysical indicators, bioimpedancemetry indicators and physical fitness.
Conclusion. The implementation of the developed experimental physical training methodology contributed to the improvement of the general physical condition of cyber athletes, an increase in their game and psychophysical indicators, physical fitness and performance.
