Article
The research purpose is to analyze the motor activity of freestyle acrobats using a systematic approach.
Methods and organization of the research. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical analysis, generalization of practical experience, observation, video analysis and a systematic approach.
Results and discussion. New knowledge about the specificity of the motor activity of freestyle acrobats has been established. It was revealed that consideration of the motor activity of freestyle acrobats using the system-forming factors of this process: dynamic balance and body control when performing a set of competitive actions on a sliding support on a snow slope and in a unsupported state in the air when performing interrelated acrobatic elements from the perspective of sports biomechanics, physiology, bioenergetics, theory and methodology of sports training based on a systematic approach – allows us to formulate key concepts for aerial skiing, which are the «Dynamic balance of freestyle acrobats» and «Motor activity in freestyle acrobatics».
Conclusion. The established information on the specificity of the motor activity of freestyle acrobats creates favorable conditions for the development of methodological recommendations for the selection of control exercises that evaluate the key motor abilities of athletes, as well as for the creation of progressive methods of training athletes in individual and team sports disciplines of aerial skiing.
