Copyright and License

The editorial board of the journal" Science and Sport:овременныеModern Trends " carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright (Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), as well as taking into account international agreements in the field of copyright protection.

Publication Conditions

Authors who publish articles in the journal agree to the following conditions:

  1. Copyright retention. The authors retain copyright in the published work.
  2. Self-archiving. Authors have the right to distribute and post their work on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories, on personal websites, or in academic networks) before and воduring the review process of the article by the editorial board of the journal. Such placement can contribute to scientific discussion and increase the citation of the publication.
  3. Editorial decision. A manuscript submitted by the authors is accepted for publication only by the decision of the editorial board and the editor-in-Chief.
    When making a decision, the editorial board and the editor-in-chief rely on the reviewers ' conclusions obtained during the scientific review procedure.
  4. Adoption of the publication policy. By submitting an article to the editorial office of the journal, the authors confirm their agreement with the editorial and publication policy of the journal and provide an Author's commitment.
  5. License agreement. After accepting the article and completing proofreading, the authors conclude a license agreement with the publisher to grant a simple (non-exclusive) license, granting the journal the right to first publish the work.

License and open access

Materials published in the journal are distributed in the electronic version of the journal in open access under
the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

This license allows users to:

  • copy and distribute the work.
  • reproduce and use materials.
  • create derivative works (including translations, adaptations, and other adaptations).

if the following conditions are met:

  • an indication of the authorship and a link to the original source of the publication in the journal.
  • use of the work exclusively for non-commercial purposes.

Additional terms of interaction between the publisher and the author's team can be defined by a separate agreement and do not restrict open access to the electronic version of publications.

Publisher's rights

Based on the license agreement, the author grants the publisher the right to use the work in the following ways:

  • reproduction of the article or its individual parts, as well as metadata of the article in Russian and English in any material form, including printed and electronic media, as part of the journal and / or publisher's databases;
  • distribution of the article or its individual parts, as well as article metadata on any medium within the journal, in information systems, scientific databases andrepositories, including international indexing systems;
  • making the work publicly available, including posting the article on the Internet, in such a way that any person can access the publication from any place and at any time of their own choice;
  • granting permission to third parties to use the article within the termsof the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license with notification of this by posting relevant information on the official website of the journal.
