METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF DATABASE FORMATION BASED ON THE CLASSIFICATION OF SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

The purpose of the research: to develop methodological foundations for the formation of a database based on the classification of sports infrastructure facilities to obtain online analytics at the request of interested parties.

Methods and organization of the research. During the research, the following research methods were used: scientific and methodological analysis, analysis of regulatory documents, statistical and analytical materials, Internet resources, process approach and logical modeling.

Research results and their discussion. The study revealed problems in the absence of a unified database of sports infrastructure facilities that takes into account a set of key parameters and criteria, which led to a narrowing of the range of analytics for the development and insufficient justification for the development of an industry strategy. An analysis of existing classifications was carried out both in the Russian Federation and abroad. Technical, technological, organizational and functional parameters of sports facilities were identified, a methodology for the formation of a database of sports infrastructure facilities was developed and tested in the Yandex application information system.

Conclusion. Structuring and updating data on sports infrastructure facilities will make it possible to form a single database that allows online generation of analytical reports on all sports infrastructure facilities in the regions of the Russian Federation in the context of the tasks of implementing the industry development strategy and according to consumer requests.
