The purpose of the research is to analyze changes in the Federal standards of sports training in belt wrestling in 2016 and 2022 at the stage of sports specialization.

Methods and organization of the research. The analysis used comparative research methods, as well as the study of scientific and methodological literature and legal documents through databases, including Google Scholar and the GARANT reference and legal system.

Research results and their discussion. The 2022 Federal Standard Update contains significant changes, including expanded types of sports training and changes in physical fitness standards. These adaptations emphasize a less intensive approach to the training process that involves longer and more gradual preparation. These changes reflect the desire for more in-depth and varied training that contributes to the long-term development of interest and participation in competitions.

Conclusion. Changes in the Federal standards of sports training reflect trends in the world of martial arts and show the evolution of understanding of training processes. The results actualize further study of effective training methods in sports, as well as the potential for adapting standards to modern requirements of physical training and sports motivation.
