The purpose of the research is to develop and test a system of information and technological support for physical activity (SITODA) in conditions of physical culture and health activities with women 40-50 years old in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Methods and organization of the research. The research used methods of scientific and theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, questionnaire survey, design and modeling, and pedagogical experiment. The study was conducted on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the conditions of physical education and health activities with women 40-50 years old.

Research results. The developed system has general and specific features (objectivity of the information received, availability of technology, the ability to act in time, interact with the external environment, controllability). It is implemented in compliance with general principles (the principle of the final goal, measurement, automation, functionality, feedback, information content); pedagogical principles (consistency and systematicity, differentiation and individualization, strength of knowledge, skills, scientific character, accessibility).
The system, consisting of organizational, functional and control modules, is aimed at developing competencies in the use of modern software Pacer, Samsung Health, Google Fit in physical education and health activities, which allows for self-monitoring and self-assessment of the body’s condition, and increases the efficiency of physical activity planning.
Such an approach to improving the process of regulating physical activity makes it possible not only to transform and reorient subjects of the physical culture environment to the use of new information digital technologies in the process of physical activity, but also, for the most part, to rethink and change the essence of physical activity – strengthening motivating factors for activity, influence on the cognitive sphere, creation of prerequisites for analytical and creative activity, formation of competencies for assessing and analyzing one’s actions.
