Article
The relevance of the research is due to the high importance of professionally important physical qualities in the training of judokas and their timely development.
Purpose of the research: to experimentally test the effectiveness of the developed method of physical training for judokas, based on the conjugate development of physical qualities.
Methods and organization of the research. The study was conducted in 2018-2021 using the following methods: analysis of specialized literature, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, mathematical and statistical analysis of the data obtained. Two groups of judokas were involved in the study: the first group – athletes of the sports school 12 athletes of the first category aged 15 years; the second group – judo athletes cadets of the Krasnoyarsk Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the amount of 15 people (candidates for master of sports at the age of 18).
Research results. The content and methodology for developing judokas' physical qualities by the method of conjugate influence have been developed. The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment on the introduction of physical training into the training process of judokas of two groups, engaged at the training stage (first group), at the stage of improving sportsmanship (second group). The development of physical qualities in both groups was carried out by the method of conjugate influence. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, a significant (P < 0,05) increase in the level of development of physical qualities of both groups was revealed: absolute strength, strength endurance, speed and agility, explosive strength, endurance.
Conclusion. The results of the pedagogical experiment indicate the effectiveness of physical training of judokas, based on the conjugate development of physical qualities specific to judo.
