Article
Research purpose is to identify the features of physical fitness, psychophysiological and morphofunctional indicators of women 45-60 years old, which determine the creation of an integration technology for ensuring work longevity by means of physical culture.
Methods and organization of the research. The following research methods were used in the work: the «Diagnostics of the level of emotional burnout» method by V.V. Boyko; anthropometry; study of body composition using the MEDASS analyzer; stabilometry; physical fitness testing; exercise-induced symptom severity scores using the Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion (RPE) scale; methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 155 women aged 45-60 years, representing professions «person-person» and «person-sign system».
Research results and discussion. The features of morphological indicators, body composition, level of emotional burnout, indicators of balance function and physical fitness of women aged 45-60 years have been identified, which must be considered when developing an integration technology for ensuring work longevity using the potential of physical activity.
Conclusion. The functional indicators of women 45-60 years old predetermine the content of integration technology to ensure their work longevity by means of physical culture.
