The purpose of the research is to substantiate the effectiveness of the physical training program for systematic physical exercise classes by university students.
Methods and organization of research. For the pedagogical experiment, a physical training program was developed. A questionnaire was conducted, control tests were carried out. The results of physical fitness were processed using the Student's t-test. The study was conducted at the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography and the Zhukovsky branch «Strela» of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) among 2nd-3rd year students from February to June 2024.
Research results. As a result of statistical processing, student of technical universities showed an increase in results in all indicators. The data obtained during the feedback showed that 88.6% of participants were satisfied with the results, 86.4% of students had the motivation and desire to continue studying independently at home according to the proposed program.
Conclusion. The results of the experiment allow us to say that the exercise sets were selected correctly, and systematic classes with a dosed load will allow maintaining physical activity throughout the entire period of study at the university and after graduation.
