METHODOLOGY OF TECHNICAL TRAINING OF FEMALE HANDBALL PLAYERS AT THE STAGE OF SPORTS SPECIALIZATION (0.27 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

This article examines the developed method of technical training and its effectiveness in the training process of female handball players at the stage of sports specialization.

The research purpose is to theoretically substantiate, develop, experimentally test and evaluate the effectiveness of the technique application of female handball players technical training at the stage of sports specialization. 

Organization and research methods. 14 handball players aged 17-25 years from Sports School of Olympic Reserve 5-University 2 took part in the pedagogical experiment, including two guards, three linemen, four wingers, four welterweight players and one goalkeeper. The following research methods were used: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, mathematical and statistical processing of the research results.

Research results and their discussion. As a result of the research, we have identified a positive increase in all technical indicators. We believe that this increase was influenced by exercises on agility, speed of movement and shooting exercises performed from different postures to different parts of the goal, in a supporting and unsupported position, performed on unexpectedly appearing targets.

Conclusion. The implemented complex of special exercises had a positive effect on the competitive activity indicators of the female handball team of Sports School of Olympic Reserve 5-University 2.
