Purpose of research - scientific justification of means and methods of special physical training (hereinafter referred to as SPT) of judo wrestlers using "Speed-strength judo simulator" for increasing sport skills; development of special training techniques for improvement of technical fitness of judo wrestlers using "Speed-strength judo simulator". Methods and organization of research. The following methods were used in this paper: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, modeling, and pedagogical experiment. The research was carried out in the groups of sport development of GAOUDOD RS DUSShOR "Batyr" in Kazan. Results. The article substantiates feasibility of "Speed-strength judo simulator" for training system of highly qualified judo wrestlers, which is based on implementation of new principles and patterns of designing simulators. Currently, special physical training of judo wrestlers is carried out by means of exercises with rubber dampers and conventional simulators, which contain judo fragments, aimed at increasing the capabilities of individuals being trained when exercising certain judo actions. The major difference of "Speed-strength judo simulator" from rubber dampers and conventional simulators concerns a modified resistance schedule and inertia existence (https://youtu.be/YDvkSM14btc). Training on the simulator creates a throw model, where you start with a significant effort produced by legs and body, and hands are used for retention. In addition, the simulator provides biomechanical, correct technique, and it creates a rhythm determined by the first movements of an athlete, which is maintained by the athlete throughout an exercise. Conclusion. The use of a specialized "Speed-strength judo simulator" allows: 1. to develop attacking spurts of a judo wrestler through the use of a specialized simulator, which makes it possible to simulate protection of a judo wrestler when performing an exercise on tatami; 2. to create favorable opportunities for development of sparring and tournament endurance; 3. to increase the effectiveness of training highly qualified judo wrestlers for international competitions.
