The developed experimental comprehensive training program turns to be effective, and it provides constant readiness of a student to the tests provided by a physical culture Olympiad. It should be noted that the methods and means, as well as educational techniques used in the training process when implementing the author's program, are built in a logical order, based on age patterns and requirements of the theory and methods of physical culture and sports; they are selected properly and effective.
