Annotation:

The subject of this paper is physical training course modeling for internal affairs officers. In this subject the major attention should be paid to the development of motor capacities and skills, to practical abilities of self-protection, as well as to combat techniques in real to life situations with highly resisting criminals, special measures and service weapon being involved. Another aspect that is becoming vital is scientific and methodical justification of the physical education process for internal affairs officers, training them in certain activities, and consequently the search for new forms, means and methods of physical training compatible with current reality and demands. Actually the increase in the quality of educational and training process is closely connected with the implementation of innovation technologies into it, followed by compliance of motor tasks with the conditions of operative-service and official military activities. Many experts in physical culture and sports agree on need for using computer modeling in educational and training process. The only way to improve physical fitness is systematic physical exercises, which positively influence on health and functional capacities of those training.
