Today there is a lack of research on quantitative characteristics of various aspects of sport fights in Kyokushinkai. In particular, there is no clear picture of the effect of fight maneuvering on the quantitative indicators punch techniques. The paper analyzes the dynamics of alterations of certain quantitative characteristics of fight techniques occurring during variations of fight style by highly skilled fighters who have been trained for many years using special training methods for maneuvering. The analysis covered the data obtained during the work of the fighters with a dynamometric bag. The survey resulted in obtaining data on alterations of the number of performed punches and the total accumulated "tonnage" of punches per unit of time, as well as on the average punch intensity when shifting from static to maneuverable fight style. The analysis made it possible to conclude that with active maneuvering: 1) there is a significant decrease in both the number of punches and the overall "tonnage" of punches per unit of time, and the proportion does not depend much on the weight category of the fighters; 2) the average punch intensity increases for heavy weight categories and decreases for light weight categories, with the dependence of variation close to linear. Some practical conclusions have been made as well.
