The purpose of the study is an experimental verification of the effectiveness of adaptive technology, the action of which is aimed at increasing physical activity and academic performance of university students.
Methods and organization of research. To realize the purpose of the study, the following methods were used: pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, testing, analysis and statistical processing of the material obtained during the implementation of the pedagogical experiment. The organization of the study assumed confirmation of the formulated hypothesis, according to which adaptive technology, built on the basis of a nonlinear approach, allowing for the intervention of all components of human behavioral reactions, has a positive impact on the trajectory of physical activity and academic performance of students.
Research results and discussion. As a result of the study, an experimental test was carried out of the effectiveness of adaptive technology aimed at increasing the physical activity of students, built on the prescription of daily changing goals based on data obtained during the organization of feedback and through a percentile ranking algorithm, based on the individual behavioral profile of each of the participants in the pedagogical experiment. From the data obtained as a result of the experiment, it can be seen that there is a directly proportional relationship between students' physical fitness and academic performance, with the improvement of students' physical fitness, the average student performance score increases, which confirms the hypothesis that additional sports can increase students' academic performance.
Conclusion. Based on the data presented in this study, obtained during the pedagogical experiment, their analysis and statistical processing, it can be concluded that the adaptive technology proposed by us for organizing physical activity of students is more effective than the traditionally used one. The obtained results allow us to state the confirmation of the proposed hypothesis of the study on the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive technology.
