The purpose of the research is to analyze the algorithms used by FNL clubs in their work with sponsors and to examine the structure and procedures for managing sponsorship inventory.

Methods and organization of the research. The primary methods used in this study were content analysis and theoretical research. The sources of information included analytical materials, reports from sports associations and clubs, scientific articles, and specialized literature.

Research results. Based on the analysis of the algorithms used by FNL clubs in their work with sponsors and partners, a system for organizing the clubs' work was described. Key parameters of interaction between clubs and the FNL within this system were identified. Specific categories of sponsorship inventory used during and outside of sporting events were identified. The distribution of advertising space between competition organizers and participating clubs was analyzed. The level of use of digital sponsorship inventory by clubs and the quality of digital content were analyzed.

Conclusion. Specific groups of sponsorship inventory have been identified, the optimization of which can allow clubs to increase the effectiveness of interactions with their target audiences, thereby improving the quality of sponsorship offers to potential partners and increasing club revenue.
