The research purpose is to determination of organizational, managerial and methodological aspects of the formation of human resources potential in the physical culture and sports industry, taking into account modern socio-economic and technological factors stimulating the development of the industry.
Methods and organization of research: analysis of statistical datafrom annualforms of federal statistical observation No. 1‑FK;sectoral analysis of the current state and development prospects; organizational and managerial analysis of segments of the physical culture and sports sector; system analysis of components of human resource potential.
The research results and their discussion. During the implementation of the study, the problem of transforming the approach to building the human resource potential in the field of physical culture and sports was identified, taking into account current socio-economic and technological trends that determine the vectors of its development. A methodological approach has been formulated that defines the components of sectoral analysis of human resource potential, which make it possible to examine the structural-functional and dynamic changes in human resource potential, thereby enabling a more objective assessment of the promising directions and needs for transforming human resource potential.
Conclusion. The presented methodological approach is aimed at ensuring sustainable and balanced development of the physical culture and sports sector. Taking into account the established components in dynamics will make it possible to address the problem of targeting and regional imbalances, to provide for the specifics of the industry’s segments, on the basis of which conditions will be created for the institutionalization of best practices and the development of in-demand competencies. Applying the presented components for assessing and building human resources will make it possible to ensure a balance of human capital for implementing strategic decisions regarding the development of the physical culture and sports sector.
