PLAYER TRANSFER IN PROFESSIONAL SPORTS AS A MARKETING PRODUCT OF A SPORTS CLUB (0.23 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

The purpose of the research is to determine the necessary conditions for the realization of player transfers, to explore opportunities for the organization of effective work with player transfers as a marketing product of a sports club. 
Methods and organization of the research. The main methods used in this study are content analysis, the study of theoretical research and the analysis of practical cases. The sources of information were reporting and analytical materials, scientific articles and literature, interviews with experts in the field of player transfers, research of marketing agencies, reports of federations and clubs, reports of consulting companies, websites of these organizations.
Research results. As a result of the analysis of literary sources, studies of Russian and foreign transfer market, the study of the results of sports clubs and international sports federations, the main opportunities for the transfer of players have been identified.
Conclusion. The main conditions for quality realization of this marketing product, in the form of participation of the sports club in the national championships and European tournaments, organization of high-quality educational and training work, conducting the selection work in the club and the work of club academies or schools. To organize the effective work in the club with the transfer of players, it is necessary to involve graduates of their club academies and schools, national and foreign players.
