MIXED MARTIAL ARTS - A NEW MARKETING PRODUCT OF THE SPORTS INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA (0.22 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

Purpose of the research is to assess and analyze the evolution of mixed martial arts in Russia.
Methods and organization of the research. The following methods were used during the research: the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, documentary sources and Internet sources. Scientific articles, official documents and Internet sites of Russian and foreign mixed martial arts promotions were analyzed to achieve the goal. The analysis of information on the evolution of mixed martial arts in Russia was carried out in five areas, which were highlighted during the research.
Research results. The article presents the results of the research on the evolution of mixed martial arts in Russia and the world. The state of mixed martial arts promotions is described. The analysis of regular tournaments and participating fighters is carried out. The interest in martial arts among different audiences is determined. The possibilities for the organization of permanent classes in mixed martial arts are analyzed.
Conclusion. Based on the results of our analysis, we identified promising areas in the evolution of mixed martial arts in Russia. The results obtained allow specialists to form an idea about the development of mixed martial arts as a new marketing product of the sports industry in Russia.
