ON OPTIONS FOR COMPOSING SPORTS TRAINING GROUPS IN THE CONTEXT OF HARMONIZING LEGISLATION: A POINT OF DISCUSSION (0.28 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

Purpose of the research is to develop proposals for improving the legislation of the Russian Federation, increasing the quality of regulation of the identified options for staffing sports training groups in the context of harmonization of legislation.

Methods and organization of the research. The study used general scientific research methods (analysis, synthesis, modeling), sociological (survey), special methods of jurisprudence (formal-legal) to develop proposals for improving legislation and optimizing the application of established legal norms. The information base of the study consisted of the materials of our own research, the results of a survey of the professional community from 66 subjects of the Russian Federation (n = 2549 people, of which 1182 are men and 1367 are women) and legal acts regulating the implementation of sports training.

Research results and their discussion. 11 options for staffing sports training groups in the context of harmonization of legislation were identified and discussed. This allowed us to identify a number of constraints that impede the quality regulation of sports training.

Conclusion. The authors, based on the obtained data of the conducted research, propose not only to consolidate in the legal norm the identified and discussed options for staffing sports training groups, but also propose to make adjustments to the current legislation. This will improve the quality of regulation of the identified options for staffing sports training groups in the context of harmonization of legislation.
