Article
The problematic situation lies in the insufficient scientific and methodological development of criteria for assessing the main characteristics of the sports and technical result of competitive activity in mogul.
The purpose of the research – to study the structure of the competitive exercise technique, identify model characteristics and analyze sports and technical results at the stages of the World Cup in mogul.
Materials and methods of research. analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, analysis and synthesis of documentary sources (protocols of the stages of the Women's World Cup 2017-2023).
Research results. The sports and technical result of the competitive activity of female mogul athletes includes the following components: turns, jumps and time of passage of track. The structure of the athlete's performance assessment: score for turns - 60% (max), score for jumps - 20% (max) and score for time (speed along the track) - 20% (max). The final assessment of the leaders of international competitions ranges from 72-77% out of 100% (max) possible points. The main evaluation criteria in the "turns" indicator are depreciation, hull position and skiing (carving turn). In jumps, the level of complexity of the figure is assessed (determined by the coefficient), the style and quality of the element (the presence of errors in the athlete's movement technique). Highly qualified mogulists most often perform elements such as backTuck, backLayout, backFull, Offaxis 720, frontFlip and BackPuckwithposition. Route travel time is estimated by setting factor.
Conclusion. The theoretical analysis of the scientific and methodological literature on freestyle, rules and protocols of international competitions made it possible to identify that the sports and technical result of the competitive activities of female mogulists include the following components: turns, jumps and the time of the track. In the structure of the sports and technical result of mogulists, the technique of turns is of decisive importance.
