The purpose of the research is to study the effect of dosed physical activity on adrenoreactivity of erythrocytes (ARE) in students of different age groups.

Materials and research methods. 67 physically untrained students aged 19 to 23 years (37 students of 3rd-year and 30 ones of 5th-year) were examined. The level of ARE was determined by the shift in the curve of osmotic resistance of erythrocytes (ORE) after the in vitro introduction of adrenaline at a concentration of 10-9 M into samples of capillary blood of students. To determine the ORE, sodium chloride solutions were used in successively decreasing concentrations. We took into account the direction and range of adrenaline-induced changes in the ORE curve, which corresponded to the magnitude of ARE (increased hemolysis, areactive type, weakening of hemolysis). Dosed physical activity was carried out on a bicycle ergometer, the load power was selected individually based on the weight of the subjects, the cadence was 60 per minute, the duration of work was 5 minutes.

Research results. In a state of physical and emotional rest of the 3rd-year students, the increase in hemolysis in the presence of adrenaline significantly prevailed (72%, 14%, 14%), whereas after exercise, the distribution of the ORE types changed towards the areactive type (42% , 29%, 29%). There were no statistically significant differences in the reaction of erythrocytes to adrenaline in 5th-year students at rest, unlike 3rd-year students. Performing physical activity did not actually affect the ratio of people with different types of reactions (22%, 33% and 45%).

Conclusion. Physical activity significantly changed the ARE of 3rd-year students, in whom, after exercise, an increase in the reaction of erythrocytes to adrenaline was observed. In 5th-year students under the influence of physical activity, there were no significant changes in adrenoreactivity, the relative stability of erythrocytes to adrenaline remained, which may indicate desensitization of erythrocyte receptors for adrenaline in students during the period of study at the university.
