ASSESSMENT OF COMPETITIVENESS OF A COMMERCIAL PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS ORGANIZATION AND SATISFACTION WITH ITS SERVICES (0.53 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

The purpose of the research is to assess the level of competitiveness of the children's football club «Champion» and to identify customer satisfaction with the offered physical culture and sports services.

Research methods. During the research, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, survey, statistical data processing, index method.

Results and their discussion. The competitive strategy of each physical culture and sports organization is focused on outperforming its competitor in the fight for clients. If one of the main goals of a non-profit physical-culture and sports organization is to attract as many children and adolescents as possible to regular physical education and sports, then the main task of a commercial organization is to maximize profits.Thus, the research conducted to assess the competitiveness of the CFC «Champion» and satisfaction with the offered services revealed its place among similar football clubs in terms of the number and list of services offered. According to the results obtained, the head of a football club can already develop a strategy aimed at further developing its sports organization and finding a stable position in the service market.

Conclusion. The research showed that out of the three football clubs, the most competitive sports club is the CFC «Champion» and its physical-culture and sports services proved its high quality.
