Annotation:

In this work notes and analyzes the main problems of specialized sports training athletes in various disciplines of sport groups of kyokushinkai and all-style karate. Due to the formation of such specialization is now no clear understanding of the distribution of priorities in the preparation of athletes for sports fights, despite the existence of a variety of sports training programs, programs for additional education, sports training standards and other regulatory documents. The authors analyze the requirements of these regulations for the allocation of training load, depending on the preparation of this section and above all, in terms of technical and tactical training.
