Abstract. The issues of widening the functional sufficiency of future managers in sport industry have not been fully studied, and further improvement of the entire system of sport managers training should be based on the features of professional activities differentiation, taking into account psycho-emotional and functional aspects. Within this framework it is necessary to build a pattern of a future manager in the field of physical education and sports. It necessitates further investigation and consideration of a wide range of features of a manager’s professional activities in the field of physical education and sport. The assessment of interdependencies between psycho-emotional, physiological and mental qualities of such specialists enables a unified model of a future manager of physical education and sport industry, and it will contribute to the upbringing of a competitive specialist. Implementation of such model in the process of training can significantly affect the development of professional competencies, skills and abilities of future managers, which will ensure the rational organization of educational and physical training.
