A forming pedagogical experiment was carried out at the university level to study the influence of various types of physical exercises on morpho-functional indicators of the 1st and 2nd year students. It was revealed that 2 hours per week of physical activities in a basic medical group don’t have any positive impact on the growth of morpho-functional indicators. The same periods of recreational athletics cause reduction of reserve fat and increase endurance index. 6 hours per week of table tennis activities contribute to the improvement of all studied morpho-functional indicators.
