Annotation:

The article discusses the history of the formation, the activities of the Uzbek state Institute of physical culture. The Institute is the only specialized institution of higher education for the preparation of highly qualified specialists in the field of physical culture and sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It draws our attention to topical issues of higher education with regard to the specific characteristics of this Institute. The authors offer his vision of the main directions of solving pressing issues.
