Annotation:

In work an object in view - working out of complex approaches in practice of physical preparation of rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Measures taking into account conditions mid - height mountainous relief Stage-by-stage carrying out of uchebno-training employment by means of alternation of various heights concerning a sea level causes the positive effects shown in improvement of a functional condition, indicators of aerobic system of power supply of an organism of rescuers, as well in increase of physical working capacity to the loadings, remaining and after returning from mountains.
