Цель исследования: обсуждаются возможности различных методов оценки ПК, а также влияние различных реабилитационных вмешательств, которые способствуют улучшению ПК у лиц старшего и пожилого возраста.
Материал и организация исследования. Проводился обзор публикаций за период с 1995 до 2024 годы.
Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Обзор и анализ зарубежной литературы проводился по двум аспектам, таким как методы оценки ПК у лиц пожилого возраста 65 лет+, преимущества и недостатки этих методов, а также влияние различных реабилитационных вмешательств (программ), которые способствуют сохранению и улучшению равновесия данного контингента лиц.
Заключение. Методы оценки ПК: лабораторные (инструментальные), видеокомпьютерные системы и клинические тесты, предложенные авторами разных стран, широко применяются как в научных целях, так и в практике работы. Рассмотрены как преимущества, так и недостатки данных групп методов. На основании сделанного анализа в статье обозначена стратегия поддержания соответствующего уровня ПК и предупреждения возможных падений, а также две равнозначные методики обучения вставанию после падений.
