ВЛИЯНИЕ ОСНОВНЫХ ПИЩЕВЫХ ВЕЩЕСТВ НА СОСТАВ КИШЕЧНОГО МИКРОБИОМА И ОПТИМИЗАЦИЮ АДАПТАЦИОННОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА СПОРТСМЕНА (0.37 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Микробиом кишечника взрослого человека содержит триллионы микроорганизмов различных видов, при этом только треть кишечной микрофлоры является общей для всей популяции, остальные специфические представители обеспечивают генетическую индивидуальную изменчивость. Кроме того, характер питания оказывает выраженное влияние на микробное разнообразие кишечника. 

Цели и задачи: провести анализ литературных данных, посвященных изучению влияния макронутриентов на оптимизацию кишечного микробиома и его роль в формировании адаптационного потенциала спортсмена. 
Материалы и методы исследования: анализ и обобщение научных статей, Поиск литературы осуществлялся в базах данных: PubMed (United States National Library of Medicine), ScienceDirect, Scopus, электронной библиотеке eLIBRARY.RU. Глубина поиска составила 15 лет. 

Результаты. Кишечная микрофлора значительно влияет на процессы, протекающие в организме хозяина, участвует в пищеварении и всасывании макро- и микронутриентов, синтезе некоторых биологически активных веществ, формировании иммунного ответа, поддержании баланса про- и противовоспалительных реакций, энергетическом обмене. С другой стороны, микрофлора в значительной степени подвергается воздействию ряда факторов окружающей среды, включая продолжительность, интенсивность и тип физической нагрузки, особенности рациона питания, прием специализированных пищевых продуктов и биологически активных добавок, суточные ритмы. 

Выводы: характер рациона питания, недостаточное или избыточное содержание в нем белка, жиров, насыщенных и полиненасыщенных жирных кислот, пищевых волокон, интенсивность и продолжительность тренировок, тип упражнений могут влиять на состав кишечного микробиома. Высокое видовое разнообразие микрофлоры способствует формированию адаптации к тренировкам и улучшению спортивной результативности.
