ФАКТОРЫ, ОПОСРЕДУЮЩИЕ ВЛИЯНИЕ СИЛОВЫХ ТРЕНИРОВОК НА ЭКОНОМИЧНОСТЬ БЕГА У СПОРТСМЕНОВ (0.31 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Цель исследования: сформулировать современные представления о механизмах влияния силовых тренировок на экономичность бега у спортсменов.

Методы и организация исследования: обзор научных публикаций с использованием баз данных Google Scholar и PubMed по ключевым словам и выражениям ‘endurance’ or ‘running economy’ and ‘weight training’, ‘resistance training’, ‘strength training’ or ‘concurrent training’. Также были проанализированы списки литературы найденных исследований.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Применение программ силовых тренировок спортсменами, специализирующимися на средних и длинных дистанциях бега, ассоциировано с повышением экономичности бега и улучшением соревновательной результативности. Было выявлено, что силовые тренировки могут улучшить экономичность бега с помощью нескольких механизмов, основу которых составляют нервно-мышечные, биомеханические, биоэнергетические, метаболические и структурные адаптации. В данном обзоре мы подробно их обсуждаем.

Выводы. В большинстве исследований рассматриваются изменения нервно-мышечных характеристик как основной механизм, лежащий в основе улучшения экономичности бега после силовых тренировок. Однако экспериментальные методики тренировок, применяемые в научных работах, содержали различные режимы силовых нагрузок. Следовательно, необходимы дополнительные исследования, чтобы определить, какой режим силовых тренировок может быть наиболее эффективным с точки зрения улучшения экономичности бега.
