Annotation:

The aim of the research. Analysis of the ways, forms and methods of applying the conjugate method of technical training of kyokushin athletes.

Research methods and organization. Analysis and compilation of the existing scientific and coaching experience in applying the conjugate method in martial arts and kyokushinkai.

Research results and discussion. The conjugate method of technical training of a kyokushin athlete should not be limited to conjugation with elements of general or special physical training. It should involve conjugation of technical elements with training exercises of almost all training components, including tactics. This contributes to the interconnected improvement of elements of technics and tactics, physical qualities and special physical conditions, tactical and technical skills, as it establishes optimal quantitative and qualitative relations between them that corresponds to the specifics of kyokushinkai. The conjugate method also adds emotional dimension to training sessions, and most importantly, it can significantly save and optimally use the training time. The article proposes two forms and three ways to implement the conjugation of technical training in kyokushinkai. The authors have systematized and structured each conjugate form and method, and they give specific application examples for each method.

Conclusion The research resulted in the articulation, compilation and structuring of principles, forms and ways of utilizing the conjugate method of technical training of kyokushin athletes, with case studies of its application. Coaches and instructors can use the described principles to develop tasks and exercises associated with approaches of the conjugate training method depending on the goals and objectives of the training process, available equipment and simulators, the training stage / block, athlete's traits, etc.
