The article describes the didactic conditions integrative organization of virtual learning environment of high school physical education, promoting effective learning student-athletes informatics and physics. The author reveals the complex structure of the educational environment of high school physical education, including information and education and training-competitive environment. One of the components of the educational environment is a virtual educational environment. Integrative organization of the virtual learning environment involves the use of interdisciplinary integration of computer science and physics; a combination of both traditional and distance forms, methods and means of education; interaction of all the subjects of the educational process in high school physical education: a student-athlete, teacher, coach, IT staff, administrative management; integration of the various activities student-athletes: educational-cognitive, training, competition, social and communicative.
