Directions of improvement of system of training of handballers

It is presented, developed by the author, theoretical model of management of process of training of the qualified handballers in the precompetitive period of a macrocycle. Teams of a superleague of the championship of Ukraine took part in research aged from 19 till 34 years. The following methods of research were applied to the solution of a goal: theoretical analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and methodical, special literature; pedagogical supervision (with use of tool techniques); diagnostics of potential opportunities of players; stage-by-stage control of cumulative effect of correcting model microcycles in training process.
