АНАЛИТИЧЕСКИЙ ОБЗОР НАУЧНЫХ ПУБЛИКАЦИЙ В ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ ЖУРНАЛАХ НА ТЕМУ СПОРТИВНОЙ ТРЕНИРОВКИ ПЛОВЦОВ В ПЕРИОД с 2018 г. по 2022 г. (0.4 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Цель исследования: выявить актуальные направления научных исследований в рамках развития и совершенствования системы спортивной тренировки пловцов.

Методы и организация исследования. Проанализированы научные публикации из изданий первого квартиля (Q1) рейтинга SJR с 2018 г. по 2022 г., специализирующихся в области физической культуры и спорта. Поиск исследований проводился по ключевым словам: “swim” (плавать), ”swimming” (плавание), “swimming training” (тренировка в плавании), “sports swimming” (спортивное плавание), “swimmers” (пловцы).

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Анализ 276 публикаций, отвечающих критериям поиска, позволил выделить 20 актуальных направлений развития и совершенствования системы спортивной тренировки пловцов. Наибольшее количество исследований было посвящено изучению морфофункциональных особенностей пловцов [64], аналитическому обзору соревновательных результатов [32], техническим аспектам плавания [24], исследованию экспериментальных методик повышения физической работоспособности пловцов [23] и изучению специализированных травм, связанных с практикой плавания [23]. В 155 исследованиях авторы изучали профессиональных спортсменов, в 48 работах под наблюдением ученых находились юные пловцы, меньшее количество работ было посвящено пловцам-студентам [18], еще 18 экспериментов включали в себя одновременное изучение профессиональных и юных пловцов и лишь в 17 статьях фигурировали группы, состоящие из неспортсменов. 

Заключение. В данной работе определен ряд актуальных направлений развития и совершенствования системы спортивной тренировки пловцов. Знание актуальных направлений развития и совершенствования системы спортивной тренировки пловцов позволит создать предпосылки для повышения конкурентоспособности российских пловцов на мировой спортивной арене.
