СЛУХОМОТОРНАЯ СИНХРОНИЗАЦИЯ В СПОРТИВНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ (0.49 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Целью настоящего обзора было изучение (на основе анализа литературы) взаимосвязей способности к слухомоторной синхронизации, внутреннего чувства ритма, способности к отсчитыванию временн`ых интервалов со спортивной результативностью, а также оценка роли музыки и ритма в спортивной деятельности.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. В большинстве исследований показано преимущество спортсменов по сравнению с нетренированными людьми в способности к слухомоторной синхронизации, способности к отсчитыванию временных интервалов и чувстве времени. Взаимосвязь этих способностей с видами спорта неочевидна, так как есть убедительные свидетельства тому, что чувство ритма важно не только для представителей циклических видов спорта и видов спорта с музыкальным сопровождением, но значительно повышает результативность и в других дисциплинах (в частности, в стрельбе из лука и единоборствах). Включение ритмических внешних стимулов или музыкального сопровождения, как правило, повышает устойчивость выполнения движения, позволяет быстрее его автоматизировать и более экономно расходовать как физиологические, так и когнитивные ресурсы.

Заключение. Анализ современных исследований различных аспектов применения ритмического воздействия, в частности, музыкального сопровождения, в спортивной деятельности показал, что хорошее внутреннее чувство ритма и способность синхронизировать свои движения с внешними ритмическими стимулами связаны с более быстрым и качественным освоением движений, а также с большей помехоустойчивостью атлета.
