Annotation:

In this work, the authors derive static and dynamic characteristics of eating behavior during open water training of the Russian Swimming Team, and give recommendations on food behavior. In scientific novelty, the concept of socio-biochemical approach is introduced by the example in sport at marathon distances (in particular, swimming in open water). Through the conduct of an empirical study in training camps, the attitude towards the diet of athletes swimmers was analyzed.
