The organization of the ski mountaineering sport on biospheres’ polygons of conservancy areas: the problems of legal regulation

The article is devoted to legal aspects of organization of ski mountaineering sport on biospheres’ polygons of state conservancy areas. The author revealed the legal problem of environmental risk assessment of holding mass sport events on the territories of biospheres’ polygons of state conservancy areas.
