Analyses of the effectiveness of use of sport venues in the Republic of Tatarstan

Development of the physical training and sports is the priority in the Republic of Tatarstan in social policy and it is based on legal framework. The implementation of state policy in field of physical training and sports is realized according to the Ministers’ Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan № 1134 from 30.12.2010 “Creation of long–term strategy on physical training and sports development in the Republic of Tatarstan for the period 2011–2015 years”. Currently in the republic, we can observe the positive dynamics in field of development modern and accessible conditions for physical trainings and sports. Among these sports facilities – biggest in Russia and Europe – Basket–Holl, ice rink – Tatneft Arena, Field Hockey centre, International equestrian sport complex “Kazan”, Tennis Bay Academy, Shooting complex etc.
