Annotation:

In article value necessity and efficiency of development detsko-junoshskogo sports is considered the purposes and problems. With use of modern scientifically-methodical approaches, complex research and an estimation of a physical condition of the youth, including fizkulturno-standard, functional, morphological, biomechanical, psychological testing. It is resulted tools of development and a financing direction, function ДЮСША for sports development on a residence. To realise the Concept it is supposed simultaneously in all directions, since the most accessible measures on perfection of standard base and thus stage by stage solving program methods of effective improvement of productivity of achievements in sport. Along with taktiko-technical training it is necessary for trainers it will be necessary to pay attention on общефизическое a condition and to develop those weak qualities of sports youth (for example, скоростно - power endurance, dynamic force or other parametres). The author reflexions and offers on development possibility detsko-junoshskogo sports in Turkmenistan has stated the in the form of article, considering which will be the contribution to the general a government program and for worthy to preparation of sportsmen of high level for the Asian Olympic Games of 2017.
