Annotation:

The paper presents experimental data concerning the evaluation of the human’s body in mountains to the physical activity depending on the altitude, speed of walking, mass of the carried things, terrain, and length of stay. There was substantiated the efficiency of the different organization forms of tourist climbing in mountain conditions from their influence point of view of to the physical performance and functionality of the body.
