Annotation:

This is an analytical review of literature data containing the new aspects of mechanism of myocardial remodeling in sportsmen. The reasons and mechanisms of development of stress-induced cardiomyopathy and also original diagnostics criteria of this condition in young athletes presented by authors. The world and own experience of use of energy supplements is presented also. Therapeutic effect of creatine, L-carnitine and coenzyme Q in correction of stress-induced changes of cardiovascular system in young athletes are shown.
