Model of integrative innovative educational complexes of employees professional education of "Physical culture and Sport" department

The article gives analysis of contradictions and dificulties preventing formation of qualified and competent graduate of sport higher institution. It is agreed, that the main competent abilities of the higher institution graduate is reorganization of the system of higher professional education of the section «physical culture and sport» where operation management must be swapped on to development management providing flexibility and activity in choosing cases and taking decisions, and readiness to the innovative activity. Idea of the integration of study, research and scientific, scientific production, experimental and sport activity of students and teachers is at the basis of building up of the innovative preparation process. In relation to the structure, the lading direction for solving this problem is creating integrative innovative educational complexes («school- higher institution- manufacture-faculty of developing qualification» by the vertical axis and «the institution- scientific laboratory-industrial laboratory-management department - etc. - by the horizontal axis»). Objectives are forming, that take place before the branch «physical culture and sport».
