Aspects of sports medicine: the effect ekdisten (0.42 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

The results of the study among elite athletes specializing in power sports, show ambiguity mobility indicators in different parts of the spine and musculoskeletal system. Of the 64 athletes surveyed 51.6% of the athletes had no health complaints, were rated as healthy, while 48.4% of the athletes have been installed in various disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. To assess the physical development and functional state of the 50 wrestlers and weightlifters held 14 anthropometric, physiological studies. Athletes control and experimental groups were trained for a single program in the experimental group, in addition to traditional means of recovery athlete receives Ecdysten according to our scheme. The positive impact ekdisten at maximum loads manifested not only in the increase of physical performance by 12%, and increase muscle mass to 5% with a significant reduction in fat mass and speed up recovery.
