Annotation:

The relevance of knowledge as a resource, directly affecting the competitive pre-property defines the problem of knowledge management, because only with the help of councils-trolled knowledge possible to ensure a positive result of the organization in terms of increasing its intel-lectual and information capital and, ultimately, financial result. In institutions that provide sports services it is necessary to distinguish between knowledge shared by the leadership and employees of the organization, specific knowledge and knowledge shared by the competition organization. Not every organizational culture of institutions providing sports wellness services, will contribute to its development, effective personnel interaction each other and consumers.
