ПРИЕМЛЕМЫЕ МОДЕЛИ ВЫСОКОИНТЕНСИВНЫХ ИНТЕРВАЛЬНЫХ ТРЕНИРОВОК ДЛЯ ПОДДЕРЖАНИЯ И УКРЕПЛЕНИЯ ЗДОРОВЬЯ ЛИЦ, ВЕДУЩИХ МАЛОПОДВИЖНЫЙ ОБРАЗ ЖИЗНИ (0.33 Mb, pdf) Прочитать

Аннотация:

Проблема исследования. Высокоинтенсивные интервальные тренировки (HIIT) становятся эффективной и экономичной по времени стратегией применения физических упражнений для укрепления здоровья. В связи с этим возникает необходимость определения приемлемых моделей HIIT для поддержания и укрепления здоровья лиц, ведущих малоподвижный образ жизни.

Цель исследования – описание имеющихся в современной литературе моделей высокоинтенсивных интервальных тренировок и выявление наиболее пригодных из них для поддержания и укрепления здоровья лиц, ведущих малоподвижный образ жизни.

Материалы и методы исследования. Систематический обзор научных публикаций в базах данных research gate и pubmed по соответствующим запросам с глубиной поиска 15 лет.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. В ходе анализа публикаций выявлено 6 наиболее популярных моделей HIIT. Описаны характеристики, представлены примеры тренировочных протоколов, оценены преимущества каждой модели для компонентов физической подготовленности и других маркеров, связанных со здоровьем, и определены приемлемые модели HIIT для лиц, ведущих малоподвижный образ жизни.

Заключение. Наиболее приемлемыми моделями HIIT для лиц, ведущих малоподвижный образ жизни, способствующими поддержанию и укреплению здоровья, являются: классический HIIT, высокоинтенсивная круговая тренировка (HICT) и высокоинтенсивная функциональная тренировка (HIFT). Представленные модели способствуют формированию важнейших компонентов физической подготовленности, связанных со здоровьем, а именно: аэробной производительности, максимальной силы и силовой выносливости, композиции (составу) тела.
