Annotation:

Living body has an ability of adaptation to the environment influence via formation functional system, in which the result performs as the main factor. Adaptation is a process of functional system formation. It takes place only when the functional system is not been formed. In the training process the body has a wide possibilities for creating functional systems with the certain parameters of the process and result and is capable to set any duration of their “work cycle”.
