Статья посвящена проблемам разработки и применения новейших концепций, позволяющих интегрально охарактеризовать физическое, психологическое, эмоциональное и социальное здоровье человека, а также учесть факторы окружающей среды, жизненные ценности и навыки индивида. Целью исследования был анализ существующих моделей качества жизни и определение значения показателей здоровья в количественных измерениях благополучия человека. Рассмотрены модели качества жизни, основанные на объективных и субъективных показателях. Охарактеризированы показатели здоровья, которые предоставляют критическую информацию о популяционном здоровье и превентивных программах. Определена роль физической активности в повышении качества жизни. Проанализированы особенности количественной оценки качества жизни с использованием международных вопросников.
