ВОССТАНОВЛЕНИЕ ЧАСТОТЫ СЕРДЕЧНЫХ СОКРАЩЕНИЙ У СПОРТСМЕНОВ-КЕРЛЕРОВ ПОСЛЕ МАКСИМАЛЬНОГО ФИЗИЧЕСКОГО УСИЛИЯ (0.05 Mb, docx) Read

Annotation:

Цель: изучить динамику восстановления частоты сердечных сокращений (ЧСС) у спортсменов-керлеров после максимальных усилий различной протяженности.

Материалы и методы исследования. У 12 мужчин и 14 женщин 22,2±2,0 лет регистрировали ЧСС пульсометром «Polar S410» после свипинга с максимальным усилием в течение трех подходов продолжительностью 5 с, 15 с и 25 с при 5 интервалах (0 с, 30 с, 60 с, 90 с и 120 с) после каждого свипа.

Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. Показано, что максимальная ЧСС после свиппинга между мужчинами и женщинами существенно не отличалась (р>0,05) во всех трех подходах. Женщины восстанавливались значительно быстрее мужчин после 15- и 25-секундных подходов (р<0,05). У всех спортсменов ЧСС при восстановлении через 120 секунд в 15-секундном и 25-секундном подходах остается повышенной по сравнению со значениями, наблюдаемыми после 5-секундного подхода.

Заключение. Современная система подготовки керлеров предусматривает большой объем физических нагрузок в специфических температурных условиях, которые существенно влияют на активность систем, обеспечивающих адаптивные реакции. Спортсменам-керлерам необходимо уделить особое внимание тренировкам аэробной направленности.
