PROFESSIONAL SPORTS CLUB AS AN EFFECTIVE MODEL OF CORPORATE SPORTS DEVELOPMENT (0.64 Mb, pdf) Read

Annotation:

The article presents the experience of the domestic production company "Sorbis Group", which proposed the author's approach to modeling corporate sports. The authors have economically justified the expediency of involving the company's personnel in physical culture and sports.

The purpose of the research is to identify the features of the corporate sports development model and the specifics of its implementation in the company's management.

Methods and organization of research. The study was conducted during 2022-23 on the basis of Sorbis Group LLC (Moscow). General theoretical (analysis, generalization, systematization) and applied (survey, observation, experiment) research methods were used. 360 people participated in the experiment – employees of the company, as well as professional athletes and coaches of the professional judo club "Sorbis".

The research results. The developed and implemented author's model of corporate sports includes such components as online screening of employees; collection and analysis of data on rational nutrition; summary report on physical activity of employees; individual physical activity programs created directly with the participation of professional athletes and coaches of the sports club "Sorbis"; collection and analysis of data on online and offline employees’ activity as part of a long-term campaign; a system of motivational activities to increase employee engagement (Fun club Sorbis).

Conclusion. As a result of the implementation of the corporate sports model in the company "Sorbis Group", it is expected that the productivity of the organization’s employees will increase. The model will be scaled up for further research.
